Yes, I received the design guide which has been very helpful…kudos to your company for putting something together like that as it gives us a very good feeling that you guys know what you're doing and will provide a good product for us. We like the style of the Digitally printed label shown on page 8-3 (Panera Bread and Moduserve)… not sure if this was the type of label that you originally quoted?

Our mechanical engineer saw that you did underwater labels and was impressed as he is aware of some of the challenges this environment provides. We are still planning on testing the adhesive samples in our temperature chamber.

Thank you for this newsletter. It was concise and easy to read giving advice without too much marketing. Years ago we switched from polyurethane painted steel to powder coated steel and experienced problems with some labels but not others without really understanding why. MSI helped us determine the correct adhesive for our serial number labels. We never had any problem with the decals that we purchase from you but that could be because of the large contact area.

Say my friend, thanks for your response on the material, as well as the offer of assistance. I believe we are going to be alright with the material used. As I indicated in my last e-mail, our engineering folks were going to perform a fit/function evaluation of the parts, and preliminarily, everything looks positive. Unfortunately, with today being an "off" Friday for most engineers here, due to our 9/80 work schedule, a definitive answer will not come from them until next week. I will let you know the outcome as soon as I become aware.
