    We typically consider these lenses to start at .040 and above because of the restrictions of steel rule cutting. Our industrial strength lasers can cut polycarbonates up to .25 in thickness. 3M adhesives like the VHB's ensure adhesion to almost any surface and can provide a water tight seal. These adhesives come in thicknesses from .010 - .125.

Marking Systems, Inc. is an expert in manufacturing precision overlays. MSI takes extraordinary care to ensure that your overlays are within +-1 delta in color and +-.010 in print to cut and final cut tolerances. Every step of production is recorded for repeatability including screen mesh, screen tension, exposure time, squeegee pressure, registration marks and color readings. At MSI printing is not an art but rather a science as we print by the numbers. Materials used include polycarbonate, Autotype polyesters, hard coats and FR lexan to name a few. 3M laminating adhesives are typically used to ensure that each overlays performs to the environment it is placed. 3M has adhesives for all types of applications ranging from high temperature, low surface energy plastics, powder coat paints, outdoor exposure and metals. Features include dead front, UV texture, embossing and selective adhesive. Depending on your graphics MSI uses both screen and digital printing.
