By cutting the above part with multi stages our customer will experience no marring of the overlay. Separating the cutting into stages reduces displacement of the overlay material.
4. Cutting surface. MSI has spent years finding the perfect cutting surface that allows a perfectly smooth cut without dulling the steel rule die. A dull die can not hold the +-.010 tolerances our customers demand and receive.

Embossing
Cold Emboss:
MSI can do "Cold" Embossing in house. This is done with a male - female die and can generally perform an emboss that is 2-2.5x the thickness of the base material.
Hydroforming:
