We can take the Weather!
Did you know MSI’s Indigo digital printing press can data merge (aka mail merge) on labels? It’s as easy as providing a simple Excel spreadsheet.
In this illustrated example the 5 columns in the Excel spreadsheet align with the 5 columns of labels on the roll. In the Trackitback sample illustrated, MSI took the customer’s Excel spreadsheet with random numbering and transferred it to the Indigo press. We have highlighted the number on the label and the corresponding number in the spreadsheet. This can be done with any information ie. model numbers, serial numbers, bar codes, names, addresses etc.
Specifications:
The labels can be manufactured using polyester, lexan (subsurface), vinyl and paper. Labels can be laminated or unlaminated.
If you can create the Excel spreadsheet we can create the labels. Why struggle printing variable information on labels in house when MSI has the Indigo technology?
