Printing Labels on Insulators

This month, we feature "printed" insulators, another MSI specialty.

Why use a separate label and insulator when the label graphics can be printed directly on the insulator? MSI can print multi color graphics on one or both sides of the insulator. MSI can also print "conductive" inks for additional shielding purposes.

The types of insulators pictured are used most commonly for electronic insulation applications. Typical materials are:

Insulators can be manufactured with selective adhesive on front or back of insulator.

MSI has in house laser cutting capabilities for prototype runs.
