Rapid prototyping is an important part of any manufacturing process. The ability to quickly test a new design with little to no up front tooling cost can help your company out pace the competition.
How can MSI be so good at rapid prototyping? People and equipment. Our management team has over 100 years of industry experience. Our equipment is second to none and includes:
1. HP Indigo digital printer. (Can print most PMS colors)
2. Ink-jet large format digital printer. (Can print most PMS colors)
3. Zund digital blade cutter (This is the key to our prototyping capability. The Zund cuts materials up to .015 thick to +-.010 tolerances using the latest in camera registration technology. Since it uses "blade" technology the Zund leaves absolutely no edge charring.)
4. Screen printing: (Excellent for custom color matching and all PMS colors)
5. Laser cutting.
