MSI Return Policy:
Please call your Customer Service Representative to get an RMA# to return your order. Since MSI keeps samples from each production run our first step will be to investigation the problem. If it is deemed that MSI is at fault will we request one of the following actions:
1. Ask you to return the product and give you our UPS account number.
2. Ask you to scrap the product at your facility.
Once we have determined the root cause of the problem we will initiate a replacement order and work to expedite the order based on your requirements. We take rejected order very seriously and know how damaging they can be to your schedules.

MSI Cancellation policy:
Please contact your Customer Service Representative with your cancellation request. The CS person will pull the order from production immediately. Cacellation charges will be determined and emailed to you. At this point we can either invoice for the charges or re-start the order depending on your instructions. The customer will be responsible for any time and materials involved with the order up until the time the order is pulled from production.
Cancellation charges are based solely on the time and materials used on a job to the point of cancellation and can occur on jobs in as little as 24 hours or less based on delivery schedules.
